Delphine de TIMARY graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Aix Marseille III in 1989, sworn in in March 1991 as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar, she is practicing since February 2006 at the law firm Kaufhold & Réveillaud.

With more than thirty years of experience in legal services to commercial companies, she advises her clients in their relations with their customers, competitors, employees, suppliers or administrations. She informs them about their legal and regulatory obligations and assists them in drafting and executing their contracts.

When her clients are confronted with conflicts, she assists them in finding conciliation solutions and, if necessary, defends their interests before the courts.
