Jennifer Picart holds a law degree from the University of Trier in Germany and will be sworn in as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar in October 2025. Her practice focuses on corporate law, with a particular emphasis on national and international restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidations.
