Emmanuel REVEILLAUD holds a Master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg, and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1998. He joined Kaufhold & Reveillaud in 2002 and has been a partner since 2004.
Over the past 25 years, he has advised international clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, and has developed a strong expertise in Compliance and Banking & Finance. Its customers range from financial services to industry, energy, transport and retail. He also regularly advises sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms and real estate funds on cross-border transactions and joint ventures.
