Aksel ISITMEZ holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Luxembourg, a Master’s degree from the University of Aix-Marseille, and an L.L.M. from the University of San Francisco. Sworn in as a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2020, he first worked as an Associate in a number of leading law firms before joining Kaufhold & Réveillaud, Avocats.
His practice focuses mainly on corporate law, with a particular emphasis on national and international restructuring, mergers acquisitions and liquidations. He also advises on banking and finance law, in the context of setting up external financing for companies, as well as intra-group financing.
