We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic students or recent graduates to join our team starting July 1st 2023 until 31st of December for a duration of 6 months in Luxembourg City.
Job description
You will work in close collaboration with the lawyers of the Corporate or Litigation Department and assist them in a variety of tasks. In particular, you will be required to carry out the following missions:

Drafting and reviewing corporate or litigation documents;

Following up on local and international business client requests and drafting opinions and documents under the supervision of the lawyer in charge;

Conducting legal research on news, legislation, and policy developments in Luxembourg and in the EU;

Participating in projects aimed at innovating and simplifying the firm’s work and organization.
Profile required
We are keen to hear from interns with the following profile:
- You have obtained or are currently registered for a master’s degree, LLM in law or Bar school;

You are interested in a long-term traineeship of 6 months to complement your education and gain international experience. Previous internship in a business law department or law firm would be appreciated;

You are fluent in English and French (both spoken and written). Good knowledge of German or Luxemburgish would be an asset ;

You are open-minded, dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in a team in an organized and independent manner;

You have a good knowledge of “MS Office” tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);

You are able to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm’s affairs and client information.
